• Maximum waiting time at Train Stations: 30 minutes after train arrival.
• Maximum waiting time for departures from the Madrid city centre to the Barajas Airport or Train Stations: 15 minutes.
• Minimum time to make the reservation: 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time.

We can extend the waiting time for an extra charge.

We check your flight or train at any time and know your exact arrival time. Please proceed to the Arrivals hall after picking up your luggage. A driver from The Van Transfer will be waiting for you in the Arrivals hall with your name.
