Reservation and Cancellation Policy

This is the Reservation and Cancellation Policy of The Van Transfer. Please read it carefully so that you are fully informed of our services.

Maximum waiting time at Madrid Barajas Airport: 1 hour after flight landing.

Maximum waiting time at Train Stations: 30 minutes after train arrival.

Maximum waiting time for departures from the Madrid city centre to the Barajas Airport or Train Stations: 15 minutes.

Minimum time to make a reservation with The Van Transfer: 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time. We can extend the waiting time for a supplement. The extra time is for any waiting time at the airport after the contracted time.

The Van Transfer team checks your flight or train live at any time, so we know your exact arrival time. Please proceed to the Arrivals lounge after picking up your luggage. A driver from The Van Transfer will be waiting for you in the Arrivals hall with your name.

Please remember that eating, smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages or soft drinks are not allowed inside our vans. Thank you in advance.

In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before your transfer reservation you are entitled to a 100% refund of your reservation.

In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before your transfer reservation you are entitled to a 50% refund of your reservation.

After these deadlines, no refund will be possible. We look forward to your understanding.
